The quality is the life of one enterprise : we are very strict with the quality involving new products development,component purchasing,production of PCB board,assembling,inspecting,packing,ect,every step of the way.
(1) quality assurance of components
A. A few main IC, we use Sony,sharp,LG,SAMSUNG,ect which have a good reputation in this line and they all with quality certificate.
B.resistor, capacitor, inductor, diodes, triode, IC, etc,all use the products from AVX, TDK,the rust, electricity, IT, NEC, Rorhm maxim ect,and all of them are foreign big companies.We never purchase low price with inferior quality components.We secure a good quality for a health and stable development.
(2) parts assembling : every process is strictly based on ISO9000 standard,and we also regulary and unregulary spot-check the manufacturers.Correct and timely replace those unqualified proucts.
(3) aging of products: all of the products should be aged in the high temperature box for over 24 hours at 55 degrees and over 48 hours in normal temperature.It can prevent the products losing the efficiency in an early time.All the products should be inspected before and after aging and then put into the warehouse.In addition, for double secure the quality,we will again randomly inspect 5% to 10% of the products before they are delivered to the hands of users.The test is done in the environment with relative stable illumination to make the color and illumination meet the requirements.The monitors we use for test are all specialized, avoiding wrong judgements to be made on the capability of the products.We have set up strict requirements on every process which can affect the quality.
(4)Strict testing: components and finished products are equipped with professional testing equipment and facilities, the main components and all finished products are implemented 100% inspection.
In the process, according to the function of different products, use drop, knock and other destructive experiments, and through professional vibration device, for vibration testing, prevent the quality problems encountered in the rough transport. For the waterproof camera, we do the immersion test to ensure that the product waterproof effect.
（5）Superb layout process: the arrangement of components have to consider the electrical connection, to avoid signal cross-modulation interference and power supply ripple interference,to ensure the whole image quality and S/N ratio.
For visual beauty, the design process in the PCB board components arranged in neat rows as far as possible. For production, maintenance and technical improvements needed, each board component side have silkscreen, greatly facilitate the maintenance.
(6)Strict professionalism: insist quality first, customer oriented business philosophy, and satisfy customers and project clients' needs. Aiming at the hobby of customers about the CCD camera's color and bright, targeted to build customer profiles, or to change standard, performance configuration, functional transformation depend on customers demand, to develop special appearance or specification CCD cameras.
（7）We use green materials, including PCB boards and SMT which both are lead-free process.
